Terms of sale and use.

SMEPoint software is published by SMEPoint LLC. A licence is sold outright and perpetual: the version you buy keeps working, and a year of updates is included. A licence installs on one computer and may be moved to another from inside the application.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; their receipt is your proof of purchase. Licences verify on your own machine and need no connection to us to keep working.
