14-day money-back.

Every SMEPoint licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full, no reason needed.

To ask, email support@smepoint.com from the address on your order, with your order number or receipt. Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for your purchase, returns the money to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

The whole application is also a free trial with no time limit, so you can try it before paying — the guarantee sits on top of that. Your licence is perpetual: after the 14 days the version you bought keeps working, and a problem is always worth an email.
